General Tso's Chicken

I made this recipe for dinner tonight. What an interesting experience!

The slurry was the most fun in the preparation of this recipe. It was like a science experiment!  Likewise with the sauce. Corn starch in liquid is always fun. Playing with the slurry was like a great return to childhood. This recipe is a must try!

I found Thai bird peppers at World Market.

I served this recipe with white rice and steamed broccoli. Yum.

It had just the right amount of heat. It was spicy, but not so spicy you couldn't stand it.
