Instant Pot Recipe!

OK, so I went grocery shopping at Trader Joe's today. I couldn't resist buying a pork loin roast, so I did.

A couple of Christmases ago, my mother gave me this Instant Pot. It rocks!

I saw a recipe on YouTube (tawnyakay INSTANT POT-PORK TENDERLOIN) and decided to follow that, with a few modifications.

1. Rinse the shredded cabbage.
2. Place the rinsed cabbage in the Instant Pot.
3. Cut the pork loin roast in half. Not sure why I'm doing it, I'm just kind of following the recipe.
4. Place the roast in the Instant Pot.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Season with caraway seeds (because of the cabbage).
7. Season with cumin.
8. Season with roasted garlic.
9. Season with onion powder.
10. Season with rosemary.
11. Pour in 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar.
12. Pour in a cup of chicken broth.
13. Close the lid on the Instant Pot, making sure it's set to Sealing.
14. Put the Instant Pot on Manual Mode and set the timer to 35 minutes.
15. Use natural sealing to release the steam.

We'll see how it turns out!

Now I need to go make the sweet potatoes. I guess I'll roast them in the oven or something. Haven't figured out what to with the sweet potatoes yet. I forgot to buy green beans at Trader Joe's today. I guess I'll use broccoli as the vegetable.
