Deconstructed Stuffed Cabbage

Paleo on Main: Deconstructed Stuffed Cabbage

Trying this for dinner tonight! I haven't had stuffed cabbage in like forever!

I didn't have any meat, though.

I substituted the meat with Quorn Grounds (mycoprotein). I ended up using more than 1/2 cup tomato sauce. I actually used up a whole 14.5 oz can of tomato sauce. Oh and I couldn't find the garlic powder, so I put in a couple of pinches of dried minced garlic. Otherwise, I followed the recipe as instructed. Husband loved this recipe. My son didn't even want to taste it. He had pizza instead.

The cabbage was heavenly! I like it when it's browned or caramelized.
