Tonight's dinner - vegetable au gratin

Still playing with my new toy, the spiralizer! I spiralized 2 russet potatoes, 2 parsnips and 1 turnip. Lots of fun. I took out a huge pan and lined it with aluminum foil. Drizzled some oil all over the pan, layered the vegetables in there, put in salt and pepper, poured in a whole pint of half and half. And somehow I ended up needing a whole block of cheddar cheese that I shredded in the food processor. Wow, that's a lot of cheese! Oops.

Ingredients:
2 Russet potatoes
2 parsnips
1 turnip
Salt & Pepper
Half and Half
sharp cheddar cheese
