Review of dinner tonight: Wow, the blue cheese was a nice touch! I liked the taste, but I didn't like the way it looked. It looked like it was swimming in fat! Sigh. I actually saw globules of fat swimming once I dug into it. Kind of gross. But it sure tasted *good*.
Or maybe it was extra liquid, and it didn't cook long enough, or I put in too much liquid. Either way, it was really good. Now I have to improve on it. How can I make it leaner and meaner?
