Mint chocolate meringue cookies

So I had visions of brown and green stripes throughout my meringue cookies... they're chocolate and mint meringue cookies after all... so much for that!
Recipe:
3 egg whites, room temperature
1/4 cup of organic sugar
A pinch of sea salt
Nestle Winter chocolate chips, separated by color
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200 Fahrenheit. Melt green chocolate in double boiler. Transfer to bowl. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Let cool. Separate egg white from egg yolk. Put in suffer and sea salt. Whip until you can hold the bowl upside down over your head. Drizzle chocolate over meringue. Fold gently. Spritz or spoon mixture onto parchment lined cookie sheets.
Hmm, total disaster. They still taste good, though. For next time, increase sugar to 3/4 cup, drizzle chocolates, but do not stir. Spoon the meringue onto the cookie sheet. Do not pipe out meringue.
