Indian again!

I like Indian food. I think it's a great way to lose weight, hopefully. Good, healthy food leads to natural weight loss.

Tonight I had cabbage with coconut oil, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, black sesame seeds, lemon juice, garam masala, salt, pepper and chili pepper.

I then put spinach, cauliflower, diced tomatoes and chick peas together in a pan with a bit of cumin, curry, salt and pepper and a bit of fennel. Fennel is so good!

My husband cooked up a bit of basmati rice.

This was our dinner tonight. Mmmm.
